A powerful, intimate work exploring depression, friendship, and the radical act of carrying light for another. Follows a man through a sleepless night of angst to dawn of a new day with the help of a friend.   


Featuring: Frank Hull (performing in his wheelchair) and Adrian Chuquipiondo

Monday morning and Thursday afternoon

On Thursday afternoons, Kathleen Rea teaches the strength training inspired by the Axis Syllabus 


TIME and DATE: 

Mondays - 9:30 am to 11:00 am

and/or

Thursdays - 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Toronto's west end at at a home studio in the Roncesvalles area.

"Falling Into Autumn" weeekend Toronto Dance Jam

Oct 9 to 11, 2026

The Falling into Autumn Jam is an annual weekend jam that aims to be a dance-focused exploration of Contact Improvisation featuring workshops, jams and a film screening. We work to welcome as many types of bodies, identities, and levels of experience in this wheelchair-friendly and access-focused space. We welcome dancers from Toronto and the surrounding areas to join us
