I choreographed this solo for 25 years ago when I was recovering from an eating disorder. I performed it for 15 years and the frame become about so much more. Now after 12 years away, I return once again as a changed person to discover what the frame means to me this time around. "Frames of Control" is on a double bill with "Finding Helix"
